Sat Nav’s


Sat Nav’s are only an aid to navigation, they are not even an aid to driving, and should not be considered as a driving advice.  The Drive Must always act on the basis of what’s in front of and around them, and not just rely on a sat nav.


On driving test

the candidate will not be allowed to touch the DVSA’s sat nav that the examiner places in the vehicle. They can request the sound to be turned off.
